At Pinche Bobby's Deals, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in the same condition received
  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed (if applicable)
  • Include original tags, packaging, and accessories
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, odors, or alterations

  • Item(s) being returned
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item arrived damaged)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged. Shopify also allows merchants to set return windows, return shipping rules, restocking fees, and final-sale exclusions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate apparel (if applicable)
  • Items marked "No Returns"

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of:

  • The item
  • Packaging
  • Shipping label

We will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Your financial institution may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account. Shopify supports issuing full or partial refunds after processing a return.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrectly shipped

If you need an exchange, contact us before returning the item.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
