Shipping Policy for Pinche Bobby's Deals

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during:

  • Holidays

  • Sales events

  • High-volume periods

  • Unexpected circumstances

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers, including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.


3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery estimates begin after order processing is completed.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Promotional free shipping offers may be available periodically.


5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Pinche Bobby's Deals is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Pinche Bobby's Deals is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather delays

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages after delivery

If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  1. Verify the shipping address.

  2. Check with household members or neighbors.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier.

  4. Contact us for additional assistance.


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number.

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • Packaging

    • Shipping label

We will review the claim and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund if appropriate.


8. Pre-Owned, Vintage, and One-of-a-Kind Items

Many items sold by Pinche Bobby's Deals are:

  • Pre-owned

  • Vintage

  • One-of-a-kind

  • Collectible

Inventory is limited and items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

We cannot guarantee availability once an item has sold.


9. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, customers may be responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees


10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered processing.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
